Who's behind CardBoard
CardBoard didn't start as a store. It started with a rip.
A few of us ripping wax live, yelling at pack odds, and mailing hits to people we actually talked to. The singles came after, because collectors kept asking where we got ours. We never changed how we do it: you see the real card, shot in real light. The odds are posted before we open a pack. And when you message, a person who knows the card answers. That's the whole company. Great cards, great rips, great community, in that order.
Live breaks run the same way: same faces, same honesty, just on camera. Pick your team and watch us rip it live. New breaks post first in the Facebook group.

How we do business
How we grade raw
We grade every card by hand and note every flaw. If a corner's soft, we say so. Photographed under real light, no ring lights hiding what a card actually looks like.
How we pack
Penny sleeve, toploader, team bag, Ding Defender, bubble mailer with tracking. That's the minimum for singles. PWE orders ride a semi-rigid, sealed and braced. Anything $500 and up goes out boxed, signature required, insured.

Every order goes out within 1 business day. We don't sit on packages.
